Perfectly British Scents

So far it has been a great British summer, albeit the weather hasn’t been the best, but we have all enjoyed watching British sport like the Euros, Wimbledon and the Grand Prix. With that in mind, we have compiled a guide of some of our favourite British scents…

Clive Christian VII Rock Rose Parfum

Firstly, we’re very excited about our new brand, the iconic Clive Christian! Clive Christian oozes British luxury and is the only perfume house to have ever been granted permission to use Queen Victoria’s crown on its bottles.  VII Rock Rose is a modern interpretation of a classic leather-fougère fragrance with a variety of notes including cassis, black pepper, vanilla, woods, and of course rose!

Atkinsons 41 Burlington Arcade

Named and dedicated to their marvellous flagship store, 41 Burlington Arcade exudes British glamour. Think floral and citrus top notes, heart notes of liquorice, cardamom, nutmeg, and pimento and a dry down of vetiver, cedarwood, amber and musk.

Jack Covent Garden

The second fragrance created by British actor Richard E. Grant is a tribute to the theatres in London and My Fair Lady. Top notes of orange, lime and ginger give way to a heart of pink peppercorns, rose and pimento. For the base, think carrot, orris and musk.

Memoize Imperia

Another new brand that we’re loving right now is Memoize London. They create unique scents that offer effortless wearability with a bespoke touch. This empowering scent has a variety of notes that include sparkling citrus, cool mint, lavender, moss, and musk.
